We use your information solely to provide and improve the Citius AI experience:

Generating automated meeting summaries and follow-up drafts.
Identifying action items and providing real-time coaching.
Improving our transcription and AI analysis accuracy (only with your explicit permission).

Your data is stored securely using enterprise-grade encryption (AES-256) both at rest and in transit. We leverage trusted providers like Supabase and AWS for our infrastructure.

No Human Access

Except for rare technical support needs authorized by you, our team cannot access your recordings or transcripts.

Data Portability

You can export your meeting data or delete your account at any time, which permanently removes all your data from our servers.

4. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your personal or meeting data to third parties. We only share information with sub-processors (like OpenAI or Anthropic) as necessary to perform the AI analysis requested by you.
